Our right to cancel
The sale and supply of goods are always subject to availability of stock, and receipt of your payment in cleared funds, so:
In the event that we are reasonably unable to supply the goods, which you have ordered due to circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavor to inform you of this as soon as possible and our contract with you will, insofar as it relates to goods, which we are unable to supply, be treated as cancelled. Any payment, which you have made, will be refunded to you in full into the card account that was originally charged.
In the event that your payment does not clear, is not authorized or is not received after we received your order, we will endeavor to inform you of this as soon as possible and our contract with you will be treated as cancelled.

You have a right to cancel your order for goods at any time up to 4 working days prior to dispatch
Same day or less than 4days orders will not be refunded since we would have started making the cake immediately.
We will issue Gift Vouchers for next time use.

Substitution Policy
Flowers or Gifts may be substituted with a different type of flower or gifts or colour depending on availability of the same during delivery. It may happen that we may not be able to take approval of sender due to time constraints at the time of delivery. However, we will ensure to maintain the standard of the quality and the value of the gift delivered.

Cancellation Policy
will review the cancellation request and act accordingly. Cancellation Rights are reserved with Café Hops. Any Cancellation request must be made before 4 days before to the Delivery Date by written email and Call on our customer care + 91 9900222371, Café Hops do not hold any responsibility of any emotional or any other loss happened due to non delivery of order for whatsoever reason, In case of non delivery we will be entitled only to refund order amount as deemed.

- All same day deliveries will be done between 9 AM to 8 PM except midnight deliveries
- Products shown in the pictures are indicative in nature and may vary with actual products delivered
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless informed 4 days before the delivery.
- Customized Orders, High Value Orders (above 2000/-INR), Distance Delivery Orders required advance preparation and hence such orders will not be cancelled once placed to avoid any procurement loss
Refund Policy
As we deal with highly perishable products, if in case anything goes wrong, the customer can bring up a concern or complaint. We will always listen and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If the order is cancelled by the customer four day before the delivery date, the customer is entitled to get a full refund.
If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.

Disclaimer
We do not commit fixed time delivery. However we try to deliver your order at the earliest or try to keep our level best to keep your delivery time request. All deliveries will be made between 8 am to 8 pm on the given date except midnight deliveries.
- Orders received till 12:00 noon IST may be delivered on same day unless delivery date is mentioned.
- The delivery will NOT be redirected/ redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
- We will attempt delivery of the items once only. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases :
- Delivery not done due to wrong address.
- Recipient not available.
- Premises locked.
- Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.
- Recipient refused the products.
- Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbour.
- Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered.
- The image displayed in indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.”
- We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified colour) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non availability of the desired product.
- In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh / violence and any such events we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
- No change in instructions can be entertained before 2 working days of the date of delivery and acknowledged by our Customer support team vi****@ca******.com“>vi****@ca******.com .
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless requested 4 working day prior of the delivery date.
- We will not entertain any complaint for perishable products like fresh flowers, cake etc. immediately after receive from the time of delivery.
- Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.
- Orders received after same day delivery cut-off time for same day delivery will be tried for same day delivery or else will be delivered on next working day. No refund will be entertained for such cases
- Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible / delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description shall be delivered. We would try to confirm from the customer for the same through e-mail. However, if there is no response from the customer within 24 hrs. It shall be assumed that s/he has agreed to the delivery of the alternate product.

- While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel / Hospital.
- Full address of the hotel.
- Room No.
- Telephone number of the hotel.
- Name of Tour Company, if applicable.
- Full address of the hospital.
- Ward number or name.
- Home address of recipient with phone number.
We will not entertain any complaint for perishable products like fresh flowers; cake etc. after 48 hours from the time of delivery.
- If there is no one available at the shipping addresses (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
- If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases.
- We will not entertain any complaint of any order beyond 4 (four) days from the date of delivery of the order.
- Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.
- Café Hops retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
- All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Bngalore, India only.
- If a Café hop is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.
- A Café hop has taken every care for the accuracy of the information provided in the site. It has exercised due diligence in providing the latest products/information. However, Café Hops or its employees or its affiliates are not responsible for the loss or damage caused to any of the users due to the information inadvertently provided in the site.
- Genunity of information & interest of making payments:
The customer promises that the information provided to Café Hops is true, correct and accurate. The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of your account and credit cards or other payment mention at prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
The customer agrees to defend indemnity & hold Café Hops and its affiliates harmless from all liabilities & expenses including attorneys fee related to any violation of this agreement by them and also for the use of the services or transmission of any message or information by them Café Hops may modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.

- Products will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities/Towns
- We deliver all 365 days of the year (including Sundays and public holidays)
- In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ Bandh / violence and any such events we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
- On special occasions like Valentines’ Day, the given prices are not applicable.
- Prices of items which are subject to MRP restrictions are being sold on the website after adding up costs of our services, delivery and online transactions cost. The distribution could not be shown separately due to technical restrictions.
- All Change in Instruction shall be sent through email and need to be acknowledged by our customer care team.
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless requested one same working day. In case of outsourced gift items, respective brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product.
- We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 4 (four) days from the date of delivery of the order.
