- Our delivery drivers only guarantee the prompt arrival of your order within the quoted window, we will also bring the order inside the building but do not perform setup duties.

Areas We Ship To: At the present time, we only ship to the customers located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Addresses: Please use a regular street address with nearby landmark instead of P.O box address for faster delivery of the shipment. If your address does not show up on Google maps your order may deliver delayed.
Shipping Cost: You will find shipping charges for your order in the summary section of your shopping cart. The basic charge for Ground Shipping in a 5 KM radius from our address on any product is free. Anything beyond 5 KM is a based on the shipping charges as mentioned on our web site..
Shipping Time: Orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise; time slot selected. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact recipient by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder or substitute to another item.
Redirection: The delivery will NOT be redirected/ redelivered to any other address under any circumstances.
Delivery:We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery/ refund will be possible. - Premises locked.

- Delivered the product at the gate/ reception/ with security/neighbor.
Substitution: We reserve the right to substitute the cake (including specified type/ flavour) with another cake of equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired cake.
Instructions: No change in instructions will be permitted once the order has been confirmed.
Change or Cancel Orders: Orders once placed can be changed, cancelled or rescheduled 4 days before the delivery time slot.
Delivery Slip: Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute regarding delivery.
Unique Deliveries: While placing an order where the address is unique like a hotel, hospital, school, hall etc. Please provide us with more detailed information to make the delivery possible. For example
